Battery issue

Great bike and goes great . Have just experienced first issue with bike one of battery’s not not displaying battery charge level is this common fault with ridstar?

Garanzia fasulla e prezzi inaccettabili per i ricambi

Gentile servizio clienti Ridstar,

A questo punto è chiaro che la vostra garanzia è solo fumo negli occhi, perché quando si presenta un problema reale, vi rifiutate di coprirlo e cercate solo di spillare soldi ai vostri clienti.

La mia bici Q20 Pro, ancora in garanzia, è caduta perché il cavalletto si è rotto da solo a causa della sua pessima qualità. Di conseguenza, si è danneggiato anche lo specchietto sinistro. Questo è chiaramente un problema di fabbricazione, non un danno causato da me.

E ora mi chiedete 60€ per un cavalletto difettoso e 25€ per uno specchietto? È semplicemente ridicolo. Un’azienda seria avrebbe riconosciuto il problema e inviato i ricambi gratuitamente. Invece, voi preferite far pagare ai clienti i vostri errori.

Chiedo che mi inviate il cavalletto e lo specchietto in sostituzione gratuita come dovrebbe avvenire in una vera garanzia. Se non riceverò una soluzione adeguata, condividerò questa esperienza con altri utenti e potenziali clienti per mostrare la realtà del vostro servizio post-vendita.
