1. The rear tire is flat from the box, and it's hard to fix
2. The certificate does not match the color of the bike
3. The front and rear brakes clamp the wheels too tightly, so they barely spin.
4. The kickstand is too long, so the bike is very unstable and shaky.

For such a big and important purchase, it was made very easy by an excellent website. Great pictures and descriptions and easy to navigate.
The bike itself is brilliant. Good all-round bike for day to day use and pleasure rides. Great for someone who does not drive, as it’s an easy mode of transport.
We live in a hilly area and every trip out involves step hills. This bike makes easy work out of the climb home and takes the pain out of what would normally be a tough hill climb.
Once the Bike was ordered , it wagon the doorstep with in 3 working days !! Outstanding Service.

No pdf for lankeilisi xc4000 user interface or explanation of settings also no instructions on how to set up the bike for a 1900 bike that’s the least I would of expected
Sir unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't send a detailed manual because they want to save the environment rand thats the whole point of the cycle. However they have uploaded detailed videos on YouTube for you to be familiar with the bike

A fair bit of work putting it together I'm nearly 80 and slightly disabled so quite slow,
it's not finished but nearly there and I'm very pleased with it so far. Looking forward

My order was placet april 9, only update I got was that it's shipped, since then nothing, i emaild support that wasn't much helpful, they said they did something but nothing is still happening I can't see my order on the app or anything. I can't rate the byke because I still hasn't received it and I don't know if I will..

The bike is amazing and I’m very delighted with it, had a small issue with putting it togheter because the bike came with instructions that seemed old because one of my parts was different, still works exactly the same and just took me a few minutes to figure out, delivery was around the given time frame. The bike itself is very fun and has made my commute to work all the better, the Pogo cycles team is the main reason I’m writing this review because they are so professional and helpful, I had an issue with my order and within minutes they had the whole issue resolved and I couldn’t be happier or more thankful, Bike 10/10, Pogo cycles 10/10

Hi the bike is great the only problem is on your website it states it goes 28kl but when I'm using it in throttle mode it only hit 24.5kl beside that I really like this bike

Easy to assemble it by yourself. Fast delivery. Extremely gorgeous bike!
It’s a little bit heavy to pedal without assistance, but not if you set up it to use between 1 and 4 marches. After this you need pedal assistance, which I’ve struggle to understand at first on how to use it, it was set up until 15km/h which is super slow and heavy. But at same bike website they assist you on how to set up until 25km/h.
At one the bike the front axle was missing. We had to buy it extra and install it. All in one it was okey.
Have my pr0 2 for nearly 2 yrs now absolutely solid piece of kit nearly 6000 miles trouble free, ride it to and from work every day about 4 miles to and from work in all kinds of weather would recommend it to anyone looking for an e bike and pogo cycles too class both company and bike
Quick delivery with regular updates from pogo. Bike is great. Very solid looking. Rides really nicely. Smooth and has a comfortable saddle. Have to scan the qr code to find out how to connect it all up. Doesn't have a paper manual. Still getting used to it but some great power in the throttle for help and start outs and the gears are well spaced for all needs. Really like it. Super tourer.
