The bike is excellent, well put together and works well. However Pogo uses the worst courier company imaginable (Fedex), with resulted with endless delays and grief. I wanted to purchase a second bike but went elsewhere purely because of the choice of courier. If Pogo changed their choice of courier then they would be a top company.

However, we do not have an option to choose the courier company as the bikes are shipped directly by the manufacturer. We are nowhere involved in the shipping process.

The bike is good, no issue with the product but the service was really bad, it showed available in stock and then turns out it wasn’t so I ended up waiting a lot more than expected. I ordered on 23 July and Received on 12 August. Took about 20 days.
This was a seamless transaction from start to finish and the bicycle is ideal and just what I wanted
