The Bike to Work Scheme is to encourage more employees to cycle to and from work, or between workplaces. We accept all vouchers and one 4all cards from our partners Letscycle.ie

Please note cycle to work quotes would have admin charges and tax.

How can I make a purchase?

Follow These Simple Steps

Save up to 40% on Bikes & Accessories

Employees make a saving of between 20% - 40% depending on tax rate, making it easily the cheapest way to buy a bike. Employees can avail of additional discount on accessories purchased through Cycle to Work Scheme


New Limits

The exemption applies to the first €1,250 expenditure on a a Regular Bike, €1,500 on an Electric Bike or €3,000 on a Cargo Electric Bike.


4 Year eligbility

The individual is be able to avail of the scheme once the four-year period.

Tax Benefits

Using the Cycle to Work scheme, your company can purchase new bike & accessories for your employees. (Limit: €1,250 on a Regular Bike, €1,500 on an Electric Bike or €3,000 on a Cargo Electric Bike) You can use a salary payback arrangement to allow your employees to pay for the bike over an agreed amount of time up to 12 months. This means that the employees saves between 31% - 51% (depending on tax rate) of the retail price of bike & accessories but your company also makes a PRSI saving of 10.75%.

Instructions

Step 1

Click on "Add to Cart" Button in order to select your bike for quote request. This action will add the selected item in the cart. You can similarly choose accessories you like.

Step 2

After selecting the bike and accessories, you can move to Cart Page by clicking "View Cart" button or you can click the cart icon button on the top screen.

Step 3

Once you come to the My Cart page, you will have “Request a quote”. option at bottom of the page. Click on that button to open the “Request Quote” form

Step 4

You need to fill all required information to get quick quote from us. Fill your name, e-mail, phone and employer details, which are necessary to generate the quote.

Step 5

Once you fill all the details, click on “Submit Quote” button.

You will get the quote request number form the system for your reference regarding Bike to Work Quote

Open your inbox to view the mail from Pogo Please do check your spam or promotion tab if you haven't received it, you will find the pdf file attachment in the mail named with “Biketowork_Quote”. Please do check your spam or promotion tab if you haven't received it.

Step 8

Open the attachment to view the quote
Please submit this quote to your employer, once they pay us you get your bike delivered in 7 -10 working days.
