How Long Does Electric Bike Delivery Take?
Electric bikes are usually delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Order processing is separate and normally takes 1–3 business days, although 95% of orders are processed within one business day.
The estimated timeframe is a general guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
How Does Electric Bike Delivery Work?
Ordering an electric bike for home delivery is straightforward:
- Choose your bike from the Pogo Cycles website.
- Enter your delivery information during checkout.
- Allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
- Receive an email when your bike has been dispatched.
- Follow your delivery using the Order Status tracking tool.
Pogo electric bikes are sourced from different countries across Europe. Delivery times may therefore vary slightly depending on the model, stock location and delivery address. For more information, see our Shipping policy.
What Happens When You Order a Pre-Order Bike?
A pre-order bike can only be dispatched once it is back in stock. The estimated delivery timeframe begins after the bike becomes available and the order has been processed.
Check the information on the product page before ordering, as it should indicate whether the bike is currently available or offered for pre-order.
How Long Do Accessories Take to Arrive?
Accessories and spare parts are usually delivered within 15–20 working days. These items may be sourced from other countries and can arrive separately from your electric bike.
If you order a bike and accessories together, you may therefore receive more than one delivery.
