After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Great bike
the bike is sturdy and nice, I rode it for 40 km to pedal and I still have 50% of the battery, it's great, the bike came in a box that couldn't even be opened, I needed a carpet knife and pliers for the front and rear wheels. I went here with the bike in the snow and the bike rode like a dragon it is really safe and the wheels hold the road in any weather
